We understand the importance of feeling comfortable in your own home. That's why we work closely with our patients and their relatives to tailor a care management plan that suits your needs and wishes.

Support in everyday life

As an elderly person, you may need help in everyday life, both with practical tasks and general support. Our nurses can help with personal care, medication management and other practical help.

Our nurses also provide social support and understand your living conditions. We strive to make your daily life safe, and to make you feel welcomed and seen.

We can also assist you with visits to doctors and hospitals, and we can provide support for social activities such as visits to museums or other events. If you are traveling and need support, we also offer travel accompaniment, where we can help you to the extent you wish.
